Job Description

Culinary professionals seeking career progression and skills development can thrive in this dynamic role.

  1. Maintain a clean working environment while preparing food to meet quality expectations and fluctuating volumes.
  2. Consistently maintain a thorough knowledge of the entire menu, including an understanding of all base products and ingredients used.
  3. Ensure food presentation meets menu requirements and kitchen standards (SOPs).
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of and be able to use a broad range of cooking and food preparation equipment and skills, such as sauté, braising etc.

This role requires high volume culinary experience, a proactive attitude, and ability to work well as part of a team. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations is essential, as is the ability to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
