About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a National Course Advisor. This role is responsible for ensuring new domestic students are recruited and enrolled into various courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Recruitment: Engage with prospective students by telephone to provide relevant course information and establish service-oriented relationships that lead to increased enrolments.
  • Enrolment Management: Manage and nurture all prospective students, enrolments, and ensure compliance measures are met.
  • Course Information: Provide detailed and accurate course, career, and market information to students pertaining to the business unit, brand, or campus and the associated industry.
  • Issue Resolution: Ensure prospective students' issues and concerns are resolved within Service Level Agreements.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare reports to reflect sales performance and provide insightful suggestions to further grow the business while ensuring expected sales and growth targets are met.
  • Sales System Management: Maintain and ensure all sales systems, including sales CRM, are updated with accurate data.
  • Customer Feedback: Provide feedback and resolve customer queries within service level agreements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience within a sales environment with demonstrated proven experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets, preferably within the education sector.
  • Sales and Service Systems: Experience with sales and service systems, including Salesforce CRM.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-Motivation and Adaptability: Self-motivated with a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Experience working in a team and also autonomously with shared goals.
  • Prioritization and Stakeholder Management: Ability to handle competing priorities, communicate progress, and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Embracing Change: Willingness to embrace change within a dynamic environment of systems, processes, and personnel responsibilities.
