Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and confident individual with outstanding telephone sales capabilities for the position of National Course Advisor. This role is pivotal in recruiting and enrolling new domestic students into various educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing rapport and effectively communicating with prospective students to meet enrollment goals and service standards.
- Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective students while ensuring compliance with enrollment regulations.
- Delivering comprehensive and precise information regarding courses, career paths, and market trends relevant to the educational sector.
- Addressing and resolving prospective students' inquiries and concerns within established service level agreements.
- Generating reports to evaluate sales performance and providing strategic insights to enhance business growth while achieving sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate data within sales systems, including CRM platforms.
- Responding to customer queries and feedback in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
