Company: Navitas; Careers and Industry Division is on the lookout for a driven and self-assured individual with outstanding telephone sales capabilities for the position of National Course Advisor.
This position is pivotal in recruiting and enrolling new domestic students into a variety of courses and programs. The primary focus is to engage with potential students via telephone, providing pertinent course information and fostering service-oriented relationships that contribute to increased enrolments, thereby meeting campus and individual enrolment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing rapport and communicating effectively with prospective students to achieve enrolment targets and service metrics.
- Managing and nurturing all prospective students and enrolments while ensuring compliance with established measures.
- Delivering detailed and accurate information regarding courses, career paths, and market trends relevant to the business unit and associated industry.
- Resolving prospective students' issues and concerns in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Preparing performance reports and offering insightful recommendations to enhance business growth while meeting expected sales and growth targets.
- Maintaining accurate data within all sales systems, including CRM platforms.
- Providing feedback and addressing customer inquiries within service level agreements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales environment, particularly in meeting KPIs and sales targets, ideally within the education sector.
- Familiarity with sales and service systems, such as Salesforce CRM.
- Exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to acquire new skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team as well as independently towards shared goals.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, communicate progress effectively, and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Adaptability to changes within a dynamic environment of systems, processes, and responsibilities.
