The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for shaping our talent acquisition and retention strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across Fyfe to understand their business, technical, and cultural fit requirements.
  • Coach leaders on effective interview techniques and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize social media to grow our brand and showcase our culture and projects.
  • Implement recruitment software to maximize effectiveness and build on recruitment-led metrics.
  • Lead and support a small team of HR and talent professionals, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
About You

We are looking for a recruitment expert with a minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in a professional services environment. You should have expertise in cold calling and headhunting targeted candidates.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience, with part of your career in a professional services environment.
  • Expertise in cold calling and headhunting targeted candidates.
  • Proactive, with a high attention to detail.
  • A great communicator, professional yet personable, and flexible in your approach to suit different stakeholder disciplines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of candidate attraction, including employment branding through various sourcing mediums.
  • You are a permanent resident/citizen or have full working rights.
