About the Role
- Deliver a complete recruitment process by coordinating the entire lifecycle of recruitment, from preparing job postings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, participating in interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
- Contribute to the development of a top-notch talent acquisition strategy and processes to ensure all new talent meets the technical and cultural requirements of Ausenco and its core values.
- Develop external talent pipelines; proactively source high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Promote talent identification and sourcing through professional networking sites.
About You
- Absorb five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including engineering recruitment, preferably in a mining, construction, or consulting environment.
- Demonstrate strong relationship building skills (internal and external), flexibility, proactivity, and a results-driven approach.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and requisitions, showcasing excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrate integrity in maintaining confidentiality and exercising good judgment when handling and disseminating information.
- Apply analytical and conceptual thinking, utilizing logic and creativity to drive strategic decision-making.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Collaborate effectively or work independently as needed.
- Bonus points if you are proficient in Spanish.
