The Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, establishing robust processes and capabilities across the business to attract high-calibre candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle at Aurelia Metals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisitions and candidate sourcing to offer
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop tailored talent acquisition strategies, reducing recruitment timeframes without compromising on quality
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders by regularly engaging with site teams to understand their needs and deliver top talent across all levels
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including female talent initiatives and talent pipelines for future business growth, such as Early Talent Programs and Apprenticeships
  • Oversee recruitment systems and all sourcing channels, ensuring seamless coordination with preferred suppliers and global talent communities to expand Aurelia's reach
  • Deliver recruitment insights and reports and provide essential training to ensure consistent application of best practices across all management levels
About You
  • Proven work experience as an Internal or Agency recruiter
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a stand-alone role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the full recruiting and onboarding cycle
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and networking capability
  • Consultative and proactive approach
  • Achievement-oriented with high-quality work standards
