- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to elderly clients in their homes. Our team works collaboratively to achieve excellent outcomes for our clients, and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all staff members.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients in line with best practice nursing procedures.
- Conduct clinical assessments, dressings, medication assessment and catheter changing.
- Develop a holistic nursing care plan in collaboration with clients, carers and other healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with all parties involved in the care of the client to maintain holistic health care and wellbeing.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
- Minimum 3 years postgraduate nursing experience.
- Experience in clinical assessments.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products.
- NSW Drivers license and reliable vehicle.
