About the Role

Care service providers play a vital part in enhancing the overall wellbeing of elderly residents through exceptional care, teamwork, and respect.

Located at Dubbo, our aged care home offers a welcoming and homely environment providing 24-hour support to residents.

You will assist in ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitary, and safe for our residents.

Duties
  • Clean residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and staff areas
  • Follow cleaning schedules and policies, complete necessary documentation
  • Maintain infection control and safety standards
About You
  • Previous experience in cleaning and working with chemicals is essential
  • Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and communication skills are required
  • Able to show empathy, flexibility, and patience when caring for aged individuals and their needs
