This role delivers high-level technical support to our claims teams, ensuring efficient and accurate claims processing. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical support and training to Claims teams, Lodgements, and Leaders.
  2. Leading monthly high-level peer reviews for Lodgements and Claims.
  3. Delivering engaging and effective training for new starters, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
  4. Maintaining and enhancing technical training content using tools like PowerPoint and ELMO.
  5. Continuously reviewing and improving claims training to ensure best practices.
  6. Assisting Team Leaders in authorising and approving claim payments.
  7. Responding to enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  8. Supporting project development and implementation as needed.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in Commercial Motor Claims with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in technical end-to-end Motor Claims.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
