This role delivers high-level technical support to our claims teams, ensuring efficient and accurate claims processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and training to Claims teams, Lodgements, and Leaders.
- Leading monthly high-level peer reviews for Lodgements and Claims.
- Delivering engaging and effective training for new starters, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Maintaining and enhancing technical training content using tools like PowerPoint and ELMO.
- Continuously reviewing and improving claims training to ensure best practices.
- Assisting Team Leaders in authorising and approving claim payments.
- Responding to enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Supporting project development and implementation as needed.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Experience in Commercial Motor Claims with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Subject Matter Expertise in technical end-to-end Motor Claims.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
