Quality Assurance Expert

This role focuses on delivering high-level technical support to claims teams and overseeing peer reviews for claims and lodgements.

The ideal candidate will provide technical training for new starters, facilitate refresher training for claims and lodgement teams, and lead monthly high-level peer reviews for lodgements and claims. They will maintain and enhance technical training content using tools like PowerPoint and ELMO, and continuously review and improve claims training to ensure best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Experience in Commercial Motor Claims with knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, insurance laws and regulations.
  • Subject Matter Expert in technical end-to-end Motor Claims.
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service and effective working relationships with internal and external customers and service providers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure clear communication, effective collaboration, and high-quality service delivery.
  • A team player who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.
