The Opportunity

Be the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, partnering with our customers to maintain high standards of service delivery.

This role offers a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain exposure to various parts of the business, allowing you to build your skills and create a pathway for growth within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer experience for your account portfolio
  • Work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver products in line with customer business needs
  • Provide real-time updates on product and service-related matters to customers
  • Identify improvements in systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
  • Computer competency to learn our IT systems
  • A thirst for learning and taking on new challenges and initiatives
