Responsibilities Manage and develop key customer accounts ensuring quality delivery of consulting services and software solutions design, development and supportDevelop a strategic account plan to manage delivery of services and communications planIdentify sales opportunities within key accounts to increase revenue opportunitiesOwn customer relationships and manage any issues/challenges to ensure customer satisfactionTake responsibility for the commercial relationship and engagement ensuring SLAs are being metEnsure technical and projects teams are aware of customer requirements and delivery expectationsPreparation of sales proposals, quotations and responses to RFT/RFP/RFQPre-sales activities within key accounts in conjunction with technical team leadsAn interest in Business Development Key Experience / Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing medium to large accounts delivering ICT services and solutionsProven record of growing key customer accounts and exceeding business objectives and targetsSuccessful track record developing strategic customer relationshipsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organisation skills and attention to detail About Us We are a team of ICT professionals who help organisations develop IT strategy, architect effective technology solutions and build high-quality, cloud-scale business applications.
