
Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and training support to Case Management teams.
This exciting role requires a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide accurate and strategic advice in accordance with workers compensation guidelines.
The purpose of this position is to assist and support the Case Management teams by providing up-to-date technical knowledge on compensation payment schemes.
You will use your prior knowledge in the SRC (Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation) Act or Comcare Scheme to coach and train team members and provide accurate and strategic advice in accordance with workers compensation guidelines.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment to optimise outcomes for all stakeholders.
