About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Peninsula. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth within the SME market through exceptional sales acumen and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to secure new clients through self-generated business development & activity from the inside sales channel
  2. Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners, gaining insight into their business challenges
  3. Consistently deliver quarterly sales target
  4. Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
  1. A proven track record in field-based B2B sales, ideally within a professional services context, industry experience is NOT needed
  2. A self-motivated individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  5. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
