Job Title: Clerical ManagerSalary & Benefits

About the Role

This full-time Clerical Manager position will oversee the effective supply and deployment of clerical staff and equipment across our Central Queensland Radiology sites. As a key member of the leadership team, you will manage a busy team environment, supporting clerical teams across sites and ensuring staff have a good understanding of their role and responsibilities.

You will effectively communicate with colleagues, radiologists, patients, hospital management, and referrers. This role requires flexibility, as you will visit sites across the region to ensure the delivery of quality customer-focused standards of care to our patients and smooth functioning of the clerical team at all sites.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day clerical operational services across all sites, ensuring staff have a good understanding of their role.
  • Support clerical teams across sites, ensuring staff have a good understanding of their role and responsibilities and are working as per the conditions of their employment.
  • Effectively communicate with all colleagues, radiologists, patients, hospital management, and referrers.
  • Provide comprehensive monthly reports to the Administration Manager.
  • Support and contribute to achieving organisational goals of Central Queensland Radiology and providing quality service to patients.
  • Organise educational sessions for clerical staff.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with diverse people.
  • 5+ years' experience working in a Radiology practice or healthcare management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a busy team environment.
  • A holistic and supportive leadership style.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective time management.
  • A willingness to participate in further education.
