  • Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition and assist solution architects in solution design and scoping.
  • Deliver clinical consulting services, potentially in combination with implementation of Philips products or solutions.
  • Participate in the development of new solutions, including services and product functionality.
  • Configure Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and operational workflows in customer environments.
  • Analyze workflows and consult on changes necessary with implementation of new functionality or solutions.
  • Guide customers through testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions.
  • Coach and educate customers on complex situations involving multiple solutions.

Your Background:

  • Clinical experience within Radiography and comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information systems.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven track record of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Radiology Workflow, Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA).
  • Effective problem-solving and design skills.
