We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PKF Brisbane.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in an office administration role and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Support the Business Advisory and Tax division, including the collation of financial statements and correspondence to clients
- Prepare client invoices and other documents associated with month-end
- Ensure corporate compliance, including downloading and sending Company Statements and lodging ASIC forms
- Contribute to the efficient management of the Administration Team
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience in an office admin role
- Experience in an accounting firm is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to plan and organise efficiently
- Proficient in using various technologies to contribute to an efficient workplace
