Job Title: Production Equipment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible individual to operate machines in a manufacturing environment. This role requires previous experience working in a process-oriented space, physical fitness, and the ability to conduct manual handling duties.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on operating equipment. They will be physically fit and able to conduct manual handling duties up to 25kg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Working in the pre-form packaging section to ensure efficient processing
  • Feeding raw materials through machinery to maintain optimal output
  • Loading bags of powders into mixers to support production needs
  • Learning how to produce high-quality products
  • Conducting manual handling duties safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing space doing process work
  • Physically fit and able to conduct manual handling duties
  • Blending/mixing experience desirable
  • Able to work flexible hours to meet business needs
  • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team
