Job Overview:

The Audio Communications Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and maintaining audio communications equipment needed for productions.

This is a full-time role where you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth execution of all audio communication-related tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing audio communications equipment for productions
  • Checking pack lists for upcoming jobs and ensuring required equipment is prepared and available
  • Identifying equipment locations for return from projects and scanning returned kit
  • Assisting with registration and tracking of new assets
  • Conducting regular stock takes of equipment
