Facility Maintenance Specialist

This key role focuses on delivering efficient maintenance and projects across the facility. The ideal candidate will execute scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to production, warehouse, and other departments with routine maintenance service.
  • Perform assigned maintenance work, including preventive maintenance and work orders.
  • Document all work activities and maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of working areas.
  • Ensure proper shift handovers and detailed record-keeping.
  • Identify and order necessary parts, manage inventory with procurement teams.
  • Implement resource conservation and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance is required.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems is essential.
  • The ability to distinguish colors, correctable eyesight, and hearing are mandatory.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance is required.
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration are crucial.
  • The ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
