Talent Acquisition Role

We have an exceptional chance for experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professionals to grow and expand their skills in strategic sourcing, continuous improvement, and EVP initiatives.

This role will see you partnering with key stakeholders to develop strong rapport and deep understanding of customer groups' regions and portfolios.

  • Serve as a thought leader with stakeholders across recruitment best practices and market knowledge;
  • Create innovative solutions to attract top talent to our organization, including proactive sourcing, social media marketing campaigns, internal promotion initiatives, and other advertising;
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively partner with key business functions to source exceptional talent and engage in special projects;
  2. Act as a subject matter expert with stakeholders on recruitment best practices and market trends;
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our employee brand and contribute to broader People and Culture initiatives;
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or talent sourcing; Exposure to the insurance or financial services sectors is highly regarded but not necessary;
  • A creative approach to the recruitment and attraction process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Able to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail;
