Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Built Form team, you will play a critical role in the delivery of complex land development projects that demonstrate sustainable built form outcomes.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide records management, project, and procurement/contract administration support for sustainable built form projects.
  • Manage small projects and consultancies with minimal supervision.
  • Undertake research related to innovative and sustainable built form outcomes.
  • Analyse and identify risks and develop associated risk management plans.
  • Draft reports, briefs, correspondence, and operational planning documents.
  • Assist in project-based community and stakeholder consultations.
  • Show initiative and commitment to sustainable built form excellence, collaboration, and innovation.


Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a related field such as project management, building and construction management, property law, or urban planning.
  • Experience in property or land development disciplines or urban planning and design.
  • Workplace Health and Safety Induction (White Card) or willingness to obtain.
  • Asbestos awareness card or a willingness to obtain.


Eligibility/Other Requirements


Highly desirable: Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a related field such as project management, building and construction management, property law, or urban planning.
