Job Summary:

The Planning & Validation Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining the balance of internal and external supply demand for locally manufactured products. This position requires strong analytical skills to analyze supply and demand, propose production schedules, and manage procurement planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement production schedules that align with business objectives.
  2. Maintain and update material master data, MPS, and MRP parameters to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  3. Oversee production orders, material availability, and change management processes to minimize delays and optimize production.
  4. Conduct validation activities to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including quality protocols and risk assessments.
  5. Prepare qualification and validation protocols, train staff, and participate in team meetings to facilitate effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing planning, procurement, and validation processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems.
  • Able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
