As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources function, encompassing workplace relations, talent acquisition, occupational health and safety, data, pay and conditions, employee experience, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that deliver sustained organisational outcomes
- Lead and build upon an experienced and motivated human resources team of approximately 20 people
- Provide trusted advice to the executive leadership team on human resources matters
- Drive change and lead through influence to achieve organisational goals
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a proven Human Resources leader with experience in complex and dynamic organisations. You will have a strong track record of developing and implementing strategic workforce plans, and be able to demonstrate contemporary and strategic leadership with an employee-first attitude.
You will have sound knowledge and experience of service delivery across the employment life cycle, including a track record of identifying and cultivating an organisational culture and engagement plan. An ability to drive change and lead through influence is essential for this role.
