Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a key role in our ERP Replacement Program team.

The successful candidate will bring both experience and passion in the field of business analysis, coupled with a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business solution outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with the business to align with ERP strategy, identifying and analysing areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.
  • Generating clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation for technical specialists to build appropriate business solutions.
  • Consulting effectively with business areas, managers, departments, users, workplace bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are accurately captured and reflected in test scenarios.
  • Championing changes from the business perspective, ensuring alignment with business needs, objectives, and IT strategy.

The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with the team to implement new business improvements, minimizing disruption and downtime. They will also oversee testing to ensure system interfaces are effective and reliable.
