Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for financial analysis? We're seeking an analytical thinker to join our finance team as a Business Planning and Analysis specialist.

Job Description

As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for providing business insights and financial expertise to support strategic decision-making. Your primary objective will be to drive achievement of financial goals and objectives by partnering with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the close variance reporting process from start to finish
  • Training operations partners in financial reporting processes to ensure they can manage independently while maintaining transparency and cost management
  • Leading the forecasting process for Corporate FP&A and guiding team members to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality presentations and forecasts

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly understand new concepts and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports from complex data and communicate effectively at an executive level
  • Self-motivation and strong process orientation when approaching daily work and problem-solving opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn system data-mining processes quickly and experience with ERP systems like Oracle is preferred
  • Experience with planning/business intelligence systems such as Anaplan, TM1, Cognos or similar software is also desired
