Digital Transformation Professional

As a member of our innovative team, you will be part of shaping the future of legal services. Our team consists of technical experts and trusted business advisers who think strategically to drive organisational change.
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead and manage complex transformation programs and projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead project and change management activities to drive behavioural shifts and adoption of new solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for digital ways of working.
- Drive cultural and behavioural shifts required to embed new ways of working.
- Coach team members on project and change management frameworks and best practices.
- Support the integration of change and adoption techniques into our solution development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience in change management and project management within professional services or a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex transformation projects and change initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of project management methods and techniques, with proven application in professional services.
- Strong understanding of organisational change management processes and proven application of change management methodologies and principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills, with experience communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Mentoring and coaching experience to uplift team capability.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- A degree in IT, Business, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management (Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE II), Change Management are desirable.
