We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the health and human services sector.

About The Role

Our team is dedicated to transforming the health and human services sector through innovative projects that improve lives. We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience as a Change Manager on digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies to drive better health outcomes. They will also have experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare. You will collaborate with top industry experts to understand business objectives and organisational readiness, develop executable change impact assessments and business readiness plans, and design and deliver training and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business objectives and organisational readiness
  • Develop executable change impact assessments and business readiness plans
  • Design and deliver training and knowledge transfer initiatives
  • Provide hands-on support to the business in critical periods such as before, during and after Go Live of new digital solutions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Change Manager on digital transformation projects
  • A deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies to drive better health outcomes
  • Experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and define solution scope
  • An understanding of digital technologies, such as Salesforce Health Cloud and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and industry best practices within health and human services
