Senior Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in kitchen management, staff supervision, and inventory control, with a strong focus on Asian-fusion cuisine. He/she will be responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality in the kitchen, while ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to local regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement efficient kitchen processes, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Source and purchase high-quality ingredients, managing inventory and supplies effectively.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and execute menus, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of senior-level kitchen management experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of achieving high performance targets, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of kitchen software.
