We are now seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Kitchen Manager
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient back of house operations.
The Betty's brand will rely on you to deliver the quality product and service that we have become renowned for.
As an established hospitality leader, we want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of kitchen operations.ResponsibilitiesStock control and orderingEffective management of kitchen staff ensuring quality of productStaff rostering and timesheetsBudgeting and food costingMaintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrityMaintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environmentOpening/closing of restaurantQualifications / What we're looking forProven leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environmentHigh standard of food preparation and productivityAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureExperience in budget management and cost controlExceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detailAbility to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekendsRole RequirementsFood Safety CertificateFirst Aid CertificateAbout youYou will be passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality and keen to work within a fast moving and positive environment.You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package and the opportunity to join a company that offers excellent career opportunities.
