Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Australian Product team at Intellihub. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple initiatives.

About You

You will have a tertiary qualification in project/program management or business, with a strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen. Your advanced problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, budgets, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Australian Product team, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics for project-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and review sessions, ensuring timely participation and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, documenting meeting discussions, and tracking action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist project managers in preparing project documentation as needed and in monitoring project progress and tracking key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualified in project/program management or business.
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Effective conflict management.
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills as well as verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Shibumi.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Intellihub offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and professional development opportunities.
