About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Central Adelaide Local Health Network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of customer service activities, including telephone answering, result enquiry services, and general enquiry services.
  • Handle a high volume of telephone calls with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Work under limited supervision, using initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Proven experience in providing quality customer service in a busy environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
