Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic plans to support residents' individual needs and wants.

  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to provide leisure and lifestyle programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for residents.

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health (essential)
  • Previous experience in Aged Care (desirable)
  • Experience working with memory support (dementia) highly desirable
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
  • Police Check and NDIS Worker Check (valid within the last 5 years)
  • Energetic and effective communicator
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination and Flu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
