Talent Acquisition Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work across a diverse portfolio with consistent exposure to senior management in a dynamic and innovative environment.

About the Role
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide expert recommendations on sourcing strategies and oversee the entire recruitment process.
  • Undertake detailed recruitment briefs with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on a tailored recruitment campaign.
  • Utilise proactive search, redeployment, pipelines, internal and external job board advertising as well as leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders to source top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough application screening processes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  2. Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  3. Conduct background and pre-employment checks including right to work checks, police checks, and medicals to ensure compliance.
  4. Facilitate the formal offer, issue contracts, and initiate onboarding activities to streamline the candidate journey.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who excels in fast-paced environments. They will have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment within high-volume or corporate workforces (IT, Finance, Payroll).
