About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing targeted candidate attraction strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver clear briefs, context, and communication protocols for smooth transitions and high-quality customer experiences.
- Maintain visibility over talent availability and assign Experts efficiently to meet demand.
Requirements:
- Operational expertise: 1-2 years in business or people operations/HR within a high-growth environment.
- Process design: Skilled in designing and improving processes for efficiency and quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for articulating requirements and feedback.
