Little Saints ELC, a proudly Victorian-owned and operated business, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team.As one of the largest and expanding employers in Gippsland, this is a unique opportunity to shape our recruitment function from the ground up and be part of our continued success.About the Role:This is a fast-paced and diverse role where you will be instrumental in finding and welcoming the best talent to our 10 childcare services.
You will be passionate about providing exceptional candidate and stakeholder care, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from the first application to the first day of work.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from partnering with hiring managers to define needs and posting job ads, to screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.Talent Engagement: Manage candidate relationships with transparent communication, ensuring they are kept in the loop throughout the process.Compliance & Onboarding: Confirm all qualifications and certifications, prepare and issue onboarding documentation, and ensure all relevant documents are updated in our internal systems.Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews and manage the employee offboarding process.Hands-on Support: Assist with general P&C administration and compile weekly vacancy lists for internal communication.Stakeholder Management: Conduct reference checks and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.What You Bring to Our Team:Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.Soft Skills: A great sense of humour, a genuine love of helping people, and a consistently positive attitude.Organisation & Problem-Solving: Strong organisational, time management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.Foundational Knowledge: A basic understanding of Australian employment law (Awards, NES).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, calendar management, and professional document drafting.Ready to Make an Impact in Gippsland?
