**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with a contract completion bonus. As our Management Accountant, you will provide vital financial insights to support leaders across the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.">
  • Prepare budget and forecasts, ensuring business performance is effectively monitored.">
  • Partner with managers to provide insights into costs, margins, and financial drivers.">
  • Support decision-making through financial modelling and business case analysis.">
  • Contribute to system and process improvements across the finance function.">
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.">
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.">
  • Involved with providing information to external auditors.">

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance.">
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) preferred or working towards.">
  • 2+ years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or similar role.">
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.">
  • Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/BI systems.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
