
Australian Security Governance Specialist

As we continue to evolve, we need an experienced Australian Security Vetting Officer (ASVO) to join our team. This role is key to supporting our Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) obligations and helping us achieve Personnel Security (PERSEC) Level 3 for governance.
The ASVO will play a crucial part in ensuring QinetiQ maintains compliance with government security frameworks and regulations. Key responsibilities include delivering and maintaining security vetting governance, policies, and processes, as well as providing expert advice to projects and functional teams.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of security vetting and compliance requirements. Experience with government security frameworks, such as PSPF, DSPF, and APPs, is essential. You'll also need excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Security clearance (NV2 minimum) or eligibility to obtain is required.
