Job Title: Emerging Talent Specialist

We are seeking a talented Emerging Talent Specialist to join our team and contribute to this exciting opportunity. As we expand our presence in Sydney, we have numerous opportunities for professionals who want to be part of a dynamic team.

  • This role will be responsible for implementing and delivering programs in outreach and emerging talent development that align with the strategic goals of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Design and Implementation: Collaborate closely with leadership teams to design and implement effective emerging talent solutions that meet business needs and global people agenda.
  2. Program Support: Support various programs such as internships, graduates, and trainees in partnership with leadership teams in talent, HR, and the studio talent group.
  3. Talent Development: Participate in internal talent development programs including mentorship opportunities.
  4. Evaluation: Evaluate the success of emerging talent programs and report results to management.
  5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key education establishments to raise awareness of our programs.
  6. Representation: Partner with recruitment teams to represent our organization at industry events and working groups focused on emerging talent and education.
  7. Communication: Assist with requests for speakers at educational and industry events and coordinate with talent/line managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the relevant field.
  • Project management experience.
  • Interest in and understanding of the VFX industry.
  • Advantageous: Experience working in a training or recruitment position.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple business units.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Highly innovative and creative approach to accomplish work.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
