Role Overview
We are seeking an Emerging Talent Associate to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Management division by assisting in the growth and representation of models.
The Emerging Talent Associate will be responsible for managing model schedules, handling bookings, and contributing to career development strategies. They will also identify promising new talent, guide them through the onboarding process, and support their growth in the industry.
Maintaining strong ties with clients, such as brands, photographers, casting directors, and agencies, is crucial. Additionally, staying informed about the latest industry trends and client preferences, as well as managing talent's online presence, will be key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in talent management, fashion, or a related field. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, alongside a genuine passion for the fashion, commercial, and entertainment industries.
