Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Team

Providing administrative support and content creation to drive business priorities and enhance artist visibility.

Marketing Campaigns

Coordinating pitches for streaming services and partnering with labels, managers, and artists to develop targeted marketing strategies.

Creator Growth

Driving product engagement and growth in partnership with the wider team, leveraging creativity and innovation to maximize results.

Digital Communications

Generating innovative social and digital communications across various platforms to engage audiences and promote artists.

Required Skills:

Music Industry Expertise

Tertiary qualifications in music, media, and communications or relevant areas are preferred.

Social Media Management

Experience in managing platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube is essential.

Creativity and Enthusiasm

A high level of creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm is required, along with strong problem-solving skills and effective relationships across business units.
