As a strategic account coordinator, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will focus on key customers to enhance retention, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reduce variation from preplan to actual cycle times through effective order management and engagement.
  • Monitor and proactively assist in the reduction of onsite truck waiting times while improving timely delivery.
  • Monitor and reduce late shipments to key customers through proactive communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Review forward orders for key customers and ensure accurate setup and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Proactively seek to confirm orders well in advance where possible.
  • Identify and collaborate with regional teams to eliminate future day ghost or dummy orders.
  • Review and maintain geofences for key projects and ensure efficient system usage relating to service delivery.
  • Regular meetings with sales teams to discuss current projects, critical pours, forecast volumes, and target customers.
  • Frequent communication and timely updates to key stakeholders for major pours/customers.
  • Analyse and report on customer pours performance to identify opportunities to improve for both parties.
Requirements:
  • High passion for customer/sales and good follow-up skills.
  • Strong influencing ability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Planning and organisational skills.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Possess a good degree of process/task orientation.

Over 2 years of allocator experience desirable but not required, you will be able to effectively work with regional teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
