
Strategic Account Coordinator

As a strategic account coordinator, you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will focus on key customers to enhance retention, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Reduce variation from preplan to actual cycle times through effective order management and engagement.
- Monitor and proactively assist in the reduction of onsite truck waiting times while improving timely delivery.
- Monitor and reduce late shipments to key customers through proactive communication with internal stakeholders.
- Review forward orders for key customers and ensure accurate setup and alignment with customer expectations.
- Proactively seek to confirm orders well in advance where possible.
- Identify and collaborate with regional teams to eliminate future day ghost or dummy orders.
- Review and maintain geofences for key projects and ensure efficient system usage relating to service delivery.
- Regular meetings with sales teams to discuss current projects, critical pours, forecast volumes, and target customers.
- Frequent communication and timely updates to key stakeholders for major pours/customers.
- Analyse and report on customer pours performance to identify opportunities to improve for both parties.
- High passion for customer/sales and good follow-up skills.
- Strong influencing ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Possess a good degree of process/task orientation.
Over 2 years of allocator experience desirable but not required, you will be able to effectively work with regional teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
