Global Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to expand our product adoption across key client accounts.

Main duties include:

  • Crafting strategic plans to deliver value and drive utilisation of services across multiple functions within clients
  • Identifying and driving cross-border opportunities, coordinating internal teams to deliver account growth strategies
  • Developing and executing global retention and expansion strategies

Key requirements:

  • 7+ years in global/enterprise B2B account management
  • Proven experience building C-suite and cross-functional client relationships
  • Experience in resources and heavy industry highly regarded
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a growth and international mindset
