
Strategic Global Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to expand our product adoption across key client accounts.
Main duties include:
- Crafting strategic plans to deliver value and drive utilisation of services across multiple functions within clients
- Identifying and driving cross-border opportunities, coordinating internal teams to deliver account growth strategies
- Developing and executing global retention and expansion strategies
Key requirements:
- 7+ years in global/enterprise B2B account management
- Proven experience building C-suite and cross-functional client relationships
- Experience in resources and heavy industry highly regarded
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with a growth and international mindset
