At TMGM, we're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, focusing on the Australian talent market.

This role will drive proactive talent mapping, pipeline development, recruitment delivery, and external talent engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles globally, with an emphasis on Australia/Global
  • Conduct comprehensive talent mapping and market research to identify high-potential candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes
  • Develop job postings and outreach messages aligned with TMGM's employer brand
  • Establish and maintain candidate pipelines for critical functions and future hiring needs
  • Provide support for the hiring of select technical roles as needed
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Engage emerging and experienced talent through campus recruitment initiatives and industry events

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record in independently managing GTM hiring
  • Knowledge of the Australian talent landscape and sourcing channels
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely with global teams
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingsness to attend virtual or in-person recruitment events
  • Experience in employer branding or engaging talent communities
