Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a crucial role in attracting and acquiring top talent to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent using LinkedIn campaigns and CRM tools. This includes delivering end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, assessment, and selection of internal and external talent.

You will also build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive positive talent outcomes for various business units. Additionally, you will create an inclusive environment that enables people to make a difference and reach their potential.

Your expertise in strategic sourcing solutions will enable you to represent the company brand externally and maintain a positive employer reputation.

We are seeking someone with end-to-end talent acquisition experience within the life insurance or financial services industry. You must have a proven ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
