Job Summary

This role involves driving health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) competencies among managers, staff, and other stakeholders.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain an HSEQ management system in alignment with internal and external requirements.
  • Provide guidance, technical expertise, and support to address HSEQ trends and issues.
  • Ensure all staff are inducted and provide HSEQ consultancy and specialist technical advice externally to clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for proactive communication and consultation in relation to HSEQ.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar HSEQ role within the civil and/or resources industry. They will possess strong organizational skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as AS/NZ industry standards. A Certificate IV or Degree qualification in Health and Safety is required, along with a current driver's license and advanced computer skills.
