We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth and maximizing gross profit through effective inventory management.

As an Inventory Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to improve stock health, prevent dilution, and optimize inventory levels. You will work closely with retail and visual merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandise documents and reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Support the optimization of inventory levels across all brands, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing waste.
  • Trade Opportunities: Collaborate with retail and visual merchandising teams to identify and capitalize on trade opportunities, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Stock Health: Monitor and manage stock health, preventing dilution and ensuring timely action is taken to address any issues.

You will also be responsible for delivering merchandise documents and reports in a total box format, coordinating projects and initiatives that drive box performance and productivity, and collaborating with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory and deliver efficient service to stores and customers.
