Social Impact Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Social Performance specialist to support our clients in achieving positive social value outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Social Performance including Social Impact Assessment and/or Community Engagement roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, social sciences, public policy, journalism, or a related field
  • Interest in ESG frameworks, circular economy, climate change adaptation, and resilience

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting the social performance team across Australia
  2. Liaising with other internal consultants from various disciplines to deliver project outcomes
  3. Conducting research such as sentiment analysis, social research, and stakeholder mapping
  4. Developing communication materials and project collateral
