About Our Client

Our client is an Australian organisation in the retail industry, specifically in fashion footwear. They are well-known for their trendy product line and have a strong market presence both in Australia and overseas.

Job Description
  1. Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
  2. Monitor and optimise social media campaigns and respond to community comments and enquiries.
  3. Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall business goals.
  5. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  6. Measure the success of every social media campaign and provide regular reports to the team.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
  8. Work with influencers to create a strong network for brand marketing.
  9. Collaborate with the ecommerce and digital team.
  10. Liaise closely with the photographer and graphic designer for content planning and execution.
The Successful Applicant

A Successful Social Media Specialist Should Have

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience in creating and managing digital content and social media platforms.
  3. A strong understanding of SEO and content categorisation and structure.
  4. Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
  5. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  6. Strong project management and organisation skills.
